Platypus Rising

Who are we?
- The short answer: We are a guild created to find players that show strong potential to be masters of the game. We only accept growing players, not those that are already strongly established with a high level.
- The long answer: We are a dedicated membership created by and for players with serious potential, players that show the promise of being future masters of the game, players that will one day rule the Far Wilds. While we may not be masters just yet, while our rankings might not show it, while we may not win every game we play, we will do our best to make our opponents work for a win.
What are the requirements to join?
- Your constructed ranking must be under 1350
- Your constructed ranking must be over 1150
- Your uncertainty must be 75 or less
- You must be Keyser approved
- In your game play, you must show creative and intelligent uses of figures and abilities, allowing for the surprise and outwitting of your opponent
- While your game play won't be perfect, you have to learn from your mistakes and be able to recognize when you made them, how you made them, why you made them, and how to avoid them in the future.
- And we have to like your personality. You have to be nice, fun, and intelligent.
What if my ranking is over 1350?
- You can't become a Platypus if your ranking is over 1350
- If you join when your ranking is under 1350 and it later rises above 1350, you will still be a Platypus.
- If you leave the Platypusses when your ranking is over 1350, you won't be able to become one again.
- Our members join with low rankings, and we fully expect them to have off the chart rankings later.
Who created Platypus Rising?
- This guild is the brain-child of Keyser, who hereby claims the title of "Supreme Benevolent Emperor for Life" (that's SBEL for short).
- Keyser brainstormed with Voices and created the guild.

We're also adding a new rule about multiple accounts.
- If you have multiple accounts, you must disclose them to the guild leadership.
- The account that is your most active account is the only one eligible for membership.
ATTENTION!
It is against Platypus Policy for any Platypus to pull a purposeful disconnect. If we lose, then we lose graciously.
Pulling a voluntary DC is grounds for expulsion.

My agent P is dying to get out.  Didn't happen to catch either of you on yesterday, but I'm sure I'll find you sometime this weekend to pass the 'personality test'. In the meantime, I'll work on that genetic reversion to lay eggs...I hear it is a real #%&.

Excited to see your interest. I wasn't around this weekend, as I spent the weekend seeing my girlfriend in another State. I'll be around most nights this week. Please note that you have to pass both the personality test AND the skill test While none of us claim to be amazing superb masters of this game, we do feel that we are showing a bit of potential...and occasionally pull of the win against those ridiculously good players (I'm still basking in my one time victory over Hithlim--we'll just ignore the fact that he was using a brand new untested deck ... ah, but as I was saying: While none of us Platypusses claim to be masters of the game (yet), we do feel we have potential, and that is a quality that we require in any and all fellow Platypi.
