Problem: When you want to play, you have to message everyone and ask and hope they'll actually play you.
Solution: Whenever a player enters the Domain, Keep Cards, or Zwar queue, have a message pop up to everyone online saying, "A player is waiting in the Domain/Keep Cards/Zwar queue."
Also: Hide the Domain Lobby.
p.s. Also ...WHY must everyone play DL in domain?

To clarify: Domain League names and points would still be displayed to one and all, but you would NOT know who was waiting in Domain for battle action purposes. Even I will admit I don't want to battle the 1337 of the 1337 every single battle. Obviously the UBER 1337 players with good domain decks have mucho, SUPER confidence in their skillZ and cards!! For the rest of us hoping to perform wildly beyond expectations just to take 5th, things are quite difficult. Domain is full of studs, 1337s, and geniuses... so 5th amongst that company is an accomplishment to be sure. [Oozes onto soapbox, which is no easy matter for a gelatinous blob] DL is one of the strongest domains. Period! It is absolutely the best to choose in Domain League because of fanFingtastic synergy and good/great commons. It is da best! First place in Domain will get 451 gold, 2nd 410, 3rd 328... That is enough gold to be ruthless and look to really kick the a$$ of anyone dumb enough to cross you! I mean, you would have to win 12 ECs to equal taking first in the current Domain League. That is quite the incentive to choose the domain you feel gives you the best chance at gold and such. If you don't believe me, ask a Goldman Sachs executive which domain is the best bang for the buck... DarkJello

yea....i mean im not goin to play someone everytime they ask to play but this domain was simply horrid for me....i chose dl as i always do which leads me to ur second question but ill get to that in a moment. i chose dl as i always do and it just didnt turn out so good...i have none of the key cards to make a good dl deck but i do have an average deck i guess....anyways.....there is nothing really fair about giving ppl random cards to play with anyways. especially when the game isnt balanced anyways....i mean one person can end up with 5 duchesses and meanwhile u get 5 freaking banshees....so the game can be quite unfair in the perspective and choosing opponents i think helps balance that out. either way i dont care an alarming amount im just offering my opinion. i dont think its a complete bad idea to make ppl hidden but i think i prefer that they arent.
2nd question...why must everyone play dl....well i recently realized dl isnt the powerhouse everyone believes in domain...(reason) if u simply dont have the cards then u simply dont have the cards.....i mean...i really didnt need 10 beckon the bones but i got them anyways...sigh....so i think im just tired of dl....i think ill go with someone different next time. however i think most noobs choose dl cause most ppl say dl is best....i usually choose dl cause they offer the best chance of getting pricey rares....however im growing tired of them and hope maybe others are too. they are getting a tad bit boring. say keyser arent you using dl this domain too?

I chose DL this domain league too. My domain starter set had 4 Duchesses, a Bloodling, a Desiccating Elder, and Claimed with Blood, plus 3 Castles of Dunmar. It was definitely a hell of a start to a vampire deck, but had 0 lysis, 0 possession, 0 reanimate, 0 ix, 0 nether, 0 planar rift, 0 crypt doctor, 0 dank pit, 0 carrion feeder, etc.
Two packs later, I still only have 1 lysis, 0 possession, 0 reanimate, 0 ix. With everyone playing DL, I still usually get beat by anyone with these staple spells/cards.
I now have 5 Duchesses, which sounds nice, but I've seen a lot of people with better DL decks than mine. I bet the person with 5 banshees probably also has most of the stuff that I'm missing. Try playing DL in domain (where the majority is playing DL) without any spells or ix when your opponents are loaded with them and you'll see that it's not as good as it sounds. Since Duchesses only transform living creatures, they're ability is usually just wasted in domain since everyone else is running undeads.
I'm not trying to say that my domain deck sucks and admit that I have some nice cards, but they're ALL 3 domain. So even though I may have decent cards, it doesn't mean it makes a good deck... especially without the staple spells and ix that I mentioned above. How many times do you see someone in in constructed running DL without Ix, Crypt Doctor, Lysis and Possession?
Monyx, I agree with everything you said for the most part. The main reason I went with DL was "cause they offer the best chance of getting pricey rares" as well, combined with the fact that they seem to be pretty strong mono compared to some of the other domains.
I'd like to go with Ele or HoC next time just because I think they're fun, but it all really comes down to how lucky you get with the starter packs. I'm fortunate to have a decent domain league set, but so far my 2 brass league sets have been pathetic. This last brass league I had to run 3 domains even after we got all our cards. Somehow I had 4 domains with 3 creatures or less and all were crappy with 1 attack or less. The two domains that had all my creatures (sylvan & ele) both had 0 buildings even on the last day. Fortunately, my entry into each of those was only 25g. I would have been pretty upset if my domain was that bad and understand where you're coming from.

I've chosen CI in every domain I've had a chance to play in... probably the worst domain for that format... so I don't play any games anymore, I just collect the cards and spread out the payouts for everyone.

Atahualpa: I, for one, greatly appreciate your generosity. It is nice to know you are essentially my personal noble benefactor. This is superb! Keep up the great work sir. Peeps: Yeah, things are unbalanced. To a certain degree that is the point of this format. I don't really have a good suggestion that would fix things. My suspicion is that it is as good as it will get. Bottom line: I will continue to play Domain League. Although constantly facing DL at every turn is somewhat tiresome... At least we were able to exercise free speach. Onward and upward to new and exciting topics. DarkJello

I just realized... several people have mentioned that the reason they play DL is because of the high-priced rares. Ironically, the reason these cards cost so much is that there is a large demand for them, which is caused by people opting to go with DL in domain or with their starter packs.
You guys are digging yourselves in. Entrench (1), for every entrenchment token, increase the price of a DL card that is not in your deck.

Actually, people buying more DL packs increases the supply of DL cards, and helps keep the prices of those cards in check. It has no direct effect on demand.

Not really since there aren't very many people actually buying constantly compared to players.
