C site says that "if there are no work tokens" it becomes the real building.

This means that the moment you take the last token off with OX, it should be a building..


Either the text of csite should change, or the way it works should change.

I've had a similar expierience with that ox and his C sites. I think they should include a sentence in Construction Site's Description.

If Construction Site has no Work Tokens as a result of an effect, it completes next turn.

It should also clarify what happens when a site has 0 work tokens at the end of a round, but also less than 0 health. Which takes priority? The building construction or the death?

I've seen cases where a building completes even though I used a Puddle to make water underneath it, so it should have died instead.

ARGH I HATE THAT CASE! I remember losing a well placed Sphere of Radiance because of it.

If the C site has zero health, health takes priority. If the site still has health, the building completles but then takes damage if it's on the wrong terrain.
