 Post subject: The Fear Thing

When you try to move a creature into an area he shouldn't be able to move to due to fear, the creature stays in place and dims. This happens whenever you can't see the source of fear.

Is this the way it's supposed to work? Why can't it work the way normal movement works where if you try to move somewhere you shouldn't be able to (unseen hills or mountains or something), you stop at the furthest point you could legally move to.
