Free Sealed is only giving the Seed Set

And why is it a bug? It was always so. Free sealed as well as free draft gives only Seed set cards.

I always wondered why it was like that... part of the general turn-off to me for limited.

Well, those with fee and prize pool have all cards. I think Jed made it so to add additional reason to play something that gives at least some small fee to server.

Yes and I completely agree with that policy.
Zwar DOES NEED to give one more pack though. This way it's too much about luck what cards who gets :/
