It isn't giving me any forests... I've seen it fail twice so far.
If I had domain at the start of turn 7, and moved my creatures so that i don' thave the five forests visible at the end of turn 7, I don't get any forests at the beginning of turn 8.
I have two dominions in play.

It's because you read the card wrong. It does NOT ultimately give you a forest, it Greenes a hex at the end of the round. Steps of Greened are: Desert -> Grass -> Forest therefore you usually will get a forest, but it's not a must..

I checked for that. There weren't any deserts at end of turn, so I should have gotten two forests.

Also gaining new forests doesn't mean that you will see them at start of next round. It is possible that you got them in sight of a creature with 0 or less health.

Hmm.... is that the behavior we want? If a creature has 0 health, it should die at the end of the round, so it shouldn't be considered in the next rounds "start of round" actions.

Treetop Dominion have end of round action, not start of round, so everything is ok here.

I understand that it's the way it works (aka not bug), but I"m now asking... does it make more sense to change treetop to green at start of round?

You need to green first, because otherwise you won't have domain before you got card from Autodraw. So Autodraw might give you sylvan domain even if you are going to get it right now with Treetop Dominion.

Could you make it not green within the site of a creature that is at 0 health?
