Interesting idea. Heck, I think you could even get away with having it cost zero. There are a bunch of new cards that cost no flux to cast, and this would make it more playable.

I'd either make it last casted wins or that they just negate themselfs. Rather last casted - because I cast it, the other one countercasts his one, but now I'm first to pass thus first to go next turn
