I wouldn't put it into my deck and hope there might be some useful situation for it. well, but combo flying creatures or fin enchantment could work... I haven't try. I might use it in place of teleport in a deck with Gossamer palaces. If the don't show up it is still usable as a teleport; if they do, use it to gain map control.

I use Mis-Scribed Circle a lot for scouting. Drop a Circle and the put a Thistle Falcon there (Better than Elven Scout because of Aloft, higher vision - movement doesn't matter as much with this.)

Bear strength + stag I just got this one accidentally. bet you're wondering how is that a combo? hehee
the stag can help preserve the bear strength(of your other creature) for another turn!!
(or forever if you can somehow move the stag away to use the bear strength and end the round with the stag close to bear strength again!!)

Crazy! I wonder if that's the way it is supposed to work of if that's a bug...
Should the lifespan of an enchantment still happen if it's next to a stag or should it "pause" as per your example?

My take is that it's functioning correctly. Any enchant is "inactive" when Stagg's around, so it wouldn't clean up. But this is based on how Bear Strength works and not how it's worded.
As it stands, the wording on Bear Strength doesn't reflect its current use. With the current phrasing (Creature gets +3 Attack until end of round), at the end of the round you should still have an enchantment on the creature, but no more +attack bonus. The way it 'should' read based on actual usage is "Enchanted Creature gains +3 Attack. At end of round, Bear Strength is removed from game"
Very interesting use of stagg.

Really it seems like it was meant to be Lifespan(1) and just predated the keyword?
