I thought about this a little bit; it is not clear what this card is good for. To use it to hold more than 1 flux well, you need to keep 1/4 of the map clear of figures, so it isn't very good offensively. All I can think of is a very gimicky combo where you use earthquake to clear the board of buildings and have a couple of domain giving creatures at the edge of the map. Then if you play this in the very middle your opponent can never play a building. But if you can achieve all the conditions to make that work, you have probably already won anyways.

Defensively, it isn't clear why I would use this over, for example, sphere of radiance. My opponent can always reduce the vision to 1 just by moving something close to it. It might be usable as a counter to decks that have few or no creatures, but that seems pretty narrow, and most of them would have some other way to take care of it.

Actually I made one and it uses barrier peaks as a bonus!
