I've seen way too many cases of duplicate rares in sealed formats. Take last Domain, where one player got 3 Greenings in 5 packs.

Or consider the current domain, where one player has at least 4 reforms in 3 packs.

Either the generator is off... OR something really needs to be done to balance Domain packs.

assuming random distribution 3 of the same rare in 5 sylvan domain packs is close to a 1.4% chance so with enough people playing domain it's bound to come up. At least 4 of the same common in 3 packs looks to be about a 50% chance so I don't think anything is wrong with the generator.

actually, depending on the chance* of a domain rare being replaced by an unaligned rare, I think the likelihood of at least three (of five) sylvan rares being the same is closer to 2.1% -- or about one time in 50.

my domain pack this time had three identical rares on the initial draw (which seems more relevant if we are challenging the RNG). but even this has a (believable) expected likelihood of about 0.2% -- or about one time in 500.

* I assume that this chance is about 1 in 7.
