 Post subject: Where the heck have all the mountains gone?

There are 18 cards that benefit from mountains. Of those 18, 6 can't be played unless there is a Mountain on the board.

You'd think that there would be at least one mountain, if not 2 or 3 minimum, per map.

This is not the case.

Should this be the case? Should every map be guaranteed to have AT LEAST one of every type of land hex?

Reading this made me think of a Settlers of Catan "Portable" version my friend brought and played. There was only Grassland/Sheep around all the 8 tiles!

I totally agree that we need one hex with at least every terrain. If this has been doen already, that's good =).
