This card is still bad. The problem is that it is either really good or terrible so it is hard to come up with an appropriate flux cost. Any ideas how to make this playable?

4 flux 1 Sylvan Domain
Cast on target forest. Each turn, forest grows one hex in a random non-forest contiguous hex that you control. If all hexes you control are forest, forest does not grow.
Gives you 1 Sylvan Domain for every 5 forests you control. (If you control 10 forest hexes, it would give 2 Sylvan Domain)

Keyser, I love the idea, but it seems way OP to me.
My simple solution which cuttingedge just suggested in the lobby too is to make it cost 6 flux, but only require one tree.

Why OP? It doesn't grow the forest past areas you control.... so it can't combo absurdly with loyal wilds.
It also means that if you have less than 5 forests, it will eventually give you domain.

Well, I'd rather just have give 1 SYL domain if you have 5 forests or more. Ivory Spire + your suggestion is rather crazy. OR try That Hive or Bronze Statue.

I like idea about slowly growing forest too, but what Keyser suggested is definitely way too good. I'd agree with 5flux cost, infinite growth in controlled area and domain for more than 5 forest spaces as it is now. Result is forest that is important for many sylvan cards + you can get 3rd domain by casting one more treetop.
World Enchantment Enchant controlled land Space [think that there's no need for initial forest at all - might break your whole game because you was unlucky with forests near base] If Treetop Dominion in your controlled territory at the start of round nearest non-forest land space becomes forest. Gives <Sylvan> Domain if you control more than 5 forests.

Great idea by Keyser, and Altrens way of doing it seems like a great start for a tree deck.

Here are the current 2 ideas I'm thinking: 1) "Enchant World
One random desert or grass space in your area of control is {A,Greened} at the end of the round. Gives {D,1,1} Domain if you control at least 5 forests."
or 2) "Enchant World
Gives {D,1,1} Domain if at least 5 forests are revealed to you."
I like 2 because it is simpler. 1 seems like two cards added together.

I like 2, as well... there's still a risk but not too large, particularly since Sylvan has so many ways to increase vision, not to mention Windreader.

I like the idea. The number of forests needs to be chosen so that it's possible, but not automatic - otherwise it's just a [5 flux: give 1 domain] enchantment (which is not necessarily OP, just not very interesting).
If it turns out 5 is too easy, perhaps increase the number and lower the flux back to 4. It makes sense to me that this enchantment will need forest makers to work reliably.
