So there are a lot of cards that no one seems to use. I'm wondering f you think it is because they are too expensive or if people just haven't found a use yet. Some examples:
Cloud Tether
Cold Snap
Line Shift
Lightning Bolt

Found a use for all four.

Cloud Tether : Makes a building water/ ground attack proof. I like it.
Cold Snap: Sort of a more dangerous Despair if use correctly.
Line Shift: Saving my flux well's ass. I've sometimes saved my game because of this.
Lightning Bolt: Great for takign out large groups.

And jed, don't you want to add Treetop dominion in?

I'm surprised to see Lightning Bolt on this list. I use it in every one of my decks that has the domain to support it (okay, that's a grand total of two decks, and admittedly not my strongest, but the point stands). I'm sure I've seen other people use it, too.

I'm especially fond of drawing it with Awaken the Stones in play...

I tried Cloud Tether in my Meld deck, to protect that one Weather-Vaned Magma Chamber, but found it too situational. Sometimes they have flyers, sometimes they're not even attacking my base...

Can't say I've found a use for Cold-Snap, and I don't play enough MF to try Line Shift.

Out of curiosity, are these cards statistically the least used, or is this just an impression based on games you've played and watched?

Lightning Bolt is great its been a recent addition...love it.

The others on the list I'd like to try in some decks but find that their price on the market is silly. (I'm not going to pay top dollar for a card that nobody uses and is just sitting on the market waiting to see if someone will pay the absurd amount)

i think all those cards are good....

cloud tether- i used this card for a while in my building deck but i had to take it out to make room for other stuff....it can be pretty good as yaron said but it is situational....

lightning bolt....this card really cant be bad at all....i simply dont own any.....i think ppl just prefer sunburst and cloudburst because they are less situational.....lightning bolt easily has its uses tho. say for bigger creatures. i fear lightning bolt much more than any sunburst tho.

line shift is prolly the the only one u MIGHT put in a weak category but honestly its not very weak....i think its just not as good as the other 3 cards you named...it can let u keep a well or it can let u move an opponents well......both seem fairly good and the card is cheap outside of the 3 domain it costs....i think uplifted earth is better tho and basically is the same idea.

last but not least.....cold snap i dunno about much....i had an idea once for a cold snap deck but i dunno how well it would work....i honestly think it would be very good if i could get my hands on some cold snaps. prolly would need 2 for the deck i wanna make

in order of power or most useful i would place these cards like this:

lightning bolt
cold snap
cloud tether
line shift

For the record... Gorthor or Gavoden (They always confuse me) actively uses Line Shift in his deck. I hate it, always gets me, royal screwage when used in a building deck. It allows you to keep your buildings bundled closer together and, well, when there's a lot of them nearby, that hurts...

I could see using all of them except for Cloud Tether. I think it's too high of a domain cost.

Ditto keyser's post. As for cold snap, I have discussed an insanely cool idea for this with someone (Uraxor I believe) but I won't give it away ;)

I've seen or used all of these used in limited games, but not too much in constructed.
