Not really a card, but all the cards. I was just curious and there aren't many places one can start a poll. Forgive me for posting in the wrong section.

Also feel free to write why you prefer one version over another. I know some players on Mac or Linux simply can't play downloadable version, but I'm asking those who is able to play downloadable version, but still prefer playing in browser.

I prefer flash because I like the overhead view better than the slanted overhead view of the battlefield. It is easier to plot troop movements that way.

Actually, a thousand games or so later, I still haven't bothered to try the downloadable client. From the pictures on the homepage the graphic doesnt look as sharp or immediately recognizable as the flash version. I like the boardgame atmosphere in the flash client.

Also, I'm on GNU/Linux, so I'd probably have to mess with Wine to get the client going.

To add more:
I agree that board game atmosphere is what draws me to the flash client verses the downloadable version. It makes it easy to figure out range of movements/attacks/site/etc at a quick glance. I'm sure this is quite easy once you are used to the 3-d version, but my brain functions on a more analitically basis that is drawn to overhead hex layout.

Sadly, neither version works on an ipad... can you make that happen? An ipad version would be freakin' awesome. I think most of us would even pay for it if it was in the app store (hint: hint!!! this could be a way to get more users asap!)

What do you guys think about downloadable version with possibility to use graphics like in browser.
Main advantages are that you don't need to download images, also it works faster for you and decrease server load^_^.

If it works faster and isn't too tricky to install on my Ubuntu PC, then sure! Though I'm not sure if I would ever have tried the game if there wasn't a flash version.
