And what if creature
- have 0 health, but is adjacent to emerald spring;
- have 2 health, but is near Purtrid Zombie with 0 health (so gonna die too);
- have 1 health, but staying on termite swarm;
- etc...
?
Too many ifs. Current way is simple and clear.

Treetop Dominion is proving to be an unreliable way to get Domain.

Could you make it "Will green an area that will be visible next turn" I.E. have it check to see if the creatures will die before greening in their vision?

Or could you make it always green an area in visible space, regardless of if you have 5 visible?

Or could you make it turn land into forest - not just green.

I don't want to change it at all, since it works fine as it is and it was balanced already.

I disagree. It isn't really balanced. It costs you 5 flux and a few turns to get domain, whereas you can get a domain instantly for 5 flux with the Elemental domain enchantment.

Yeah, and loose it with your building, i.e. disadvantage of Weather Vane.
Also new forests are useful for sylvan decks, so this is another advantage.

Treetop is can be destroyed even easier. You don't have to lose the building and your opponent doesn't need vision of it, as they have global vision. It can be taken away with disenchant, feedback, etc, etc, etc.

Yes, both cards have their advantages and disadvantages.
