I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's the way stuff is supposed to work.

A creature with armor(2), teleported to water. It died at end of turn. Should it have died, or should the armor have prevented the damage?

It should die. Water causes you to "lose 2 Health" so Armor doesn't help.
